For MJ, it goes without saying that we work with our customers when it comes to safeguarding their privacy. We only collect the information we need to make your purchase easier. To make MJ even better, we need your help. Specifically, this means that you provide MJ with various information to be better served and ultimately to make MJ better for everyone.

4. Catalog order / Purchase / Customer Service

When we work for you, you will be required when placing an order, to provide the name and address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address to ensure proper delivery, to resolve any issues and to answer any questions.

5. Special offers, promotions, gift certificates and warranties

When you sign up for or use MJ special offers, discount coupons, or other sales promotions, we sometimes ask for your personal customer information in order to use the success of our programs for future offers. You will also be asked to provide this information when filling in a warranty card for a product purchased from MJ. We may also ask you which items you prefer, why you are buying this or that item, or what your lifestyle looks like to know more about your buying behavior.

MJ will not share your personal information with any other person or company. The information we collect is used exclusively by MJ. We commit ourselves to using adequate security systems to protect your personal information against foreseeable risks. Occasionally, we need to hire outside companies to serve you even better. In some cases, we share information with these companies to enable them to continue processing. For example, A carrier will know your name and address to deliver the MJ items. These companies must commit to confidentiality of the data with MJ in order to prevent data misuse.

7. Cookies for customer profiling

Cookies anonymously store information that you have already transmitted to us. MJ may use cookies on its websites to gain insight into what you like best. For example, the site can display the page you are looking for (and more relevant information about it) so you will not have to spend much time searching for your next MJ visit. Upon request, we will also tell you how we came to the information and if and where we have used it within MJ. Your personal information is for our own use only and, in accordance with applicable legislation, we will only store information that is relevant and necessary for the legitimate purposes described above. We also delete your data when we no longer need it.

10. Privacy Policy for the use of Facebook plug-ins (Like-Button)

On our pages plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated. The Facebook plugins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the “Like-Button” (“Like”) on our site. An overview of the Facebook plugins can be found here:
